I was exercising in the past and stopped for sometime. So how should I start up again. Where do I start.. What exercise should I start with.

im back
I was on here before. Lost a good amount of weight. But things got so busy that i stopped. Well i was doing good and then it is starting to come back. I really dont like it. Im getting upswet with myself and depressed. I am looking for some people to jelp me get my butt back in shape.

Great Protein Shake
I found a good shake. 6oz Water 1tsp vanilla pudding (sugar free) 1tsp crystal lite Lemonade Protein scoop Put in blender. Mix well and enjoy.

pinched nerve in my knee!!!!!
I was getting back on track eith exercising. Then my low left leg is numb feeling. So the Dr says its a pinched nerve in my knee. I do have pain. But dr says i can do whatever i want. So its really scary. I have had 2a knee surgery on that knee slready. Its just depressing. I have caught myself eating and wanting to eat…

What do you put in your oatmeal?
I have oatmeal every morning, no instant!! I like putting 1tsp. brown sugar and blueberries like milk.top it off with flaxseed. enjoy!!! How about you?

Im starting ripped in 30 dvd tommorow morning. Im looking for someone that is starting also. Ao we can enter daily on how its going, we can try to keep each other going... i was thinking of doing it everyday .. any takers.

im hoping to make it through the c25k program
Im hoping I can finish the c25k program this time around. Last time I gave up around week 3. So this time im going to repeat each week. That way i will really be ready... so im hoping this will work. I really want to be able to run without stopping .... I also have started doing the workout hiit.

I had to repeat week 1. But Im so glad that I did, because it helped me to be able to run longer. Then When Im done running. I walk for 2 minutes and then run at 8.0 for 30 sec. Thats so much fun. I love my running but what can i do to get my hips smaller. I realize that you can not spot lose. Need some ideas of things to do.

Im starting the HIIT workout. I have been doing it for a week. I like it. I do the c25k program and then Hiit afterwards. I live it. Then I do some toning workouts. Has anyone had any luck doing it.

my shins are really sore! Help
Last night I did week 1 day 1 day for the second time. Then after that i did a round if HIIT. Which went really good. But this morning im sore and my shins hurt. Im wonder what I should do.? Can anyone have any ideas.....

worried about the weeks to come on the c25k
I have done this before and ended up stopping adter week 2 so I decided thia time I m going to start again and make it all the way.... but im really scared about the weeks to come. . But today when i started to run. I started out at 6.0 and ended on 7.5 on the treadmill. So i can not eait to go again.

One night my husband was out. This friend of ours started in on how I was getting up at 4:50am to go workout. Thats just stupid and who in there right mind would do that.
