how do i enterc25k

I just got done doing c25k. Day 1week 1

But I don't have a hm. So I don't know how to enter it. .

    I started it today too! I do have a HRM so entered it that way. For a comparison I checked to see which of the walking paces in the MFP database was closest to my calorie burn, and it was Walking 5.0 mph, so maybe try entering it that way. I'm 5' 8" and about 145lbs, and my calorie burn was 289.

    So how was the first day for you? I'm already feeling sore tonight - I walk about 3 miles all the time, but running is a whole different thing! :tongue: Looking forward to making progress though!

    I usually get up in the early morning. But today I was to sore. So im going to do my ripped in 30 tonight. I have been doing the elliptical for 40 minutes. I was really surprised at how sore I was. But im ready to run tomorrow.

    Same here! I slept in a little and decided to skip this mornings Ripped in 30 because I'm so sore. Wednesdays are busy for me, so hoping to maybe get a good walk in later today.

    I did day 1 on sunday and day 2 yesterday although I'm not really doing the full thing yet. I'm really out of shape and can't run all the run intervals yet (I'm also carrying abut 90 lbs of extra weight still).

    My HRM said I burned 260 calories so I made my own C25K week 1 exercise and logged it that way.
