workout or not today?

I did week I day 1to if c25k yesterday and also a Hiit. So my shins hurt yoday. So im wondering if i should go and workout or not today

What is week 1 day 2 of C25K? If you are supposed to do something for that schedule, you should do it. If nothing is on that schedule, take a rest day and do something tomorrow. The more you do, the more calories you burn, the more calories you burn, the faster you'll lose weight!0
