I have been doing really good. But lately i have been slacking. Eating things that i usually dont eat. I need to get back track. Help

Writing about it always helps me. I currently plan to go to dinner (although Im not eating) and blog about why I am currently over my calorie goal. Another plan is to always be honest with yourself and others. We all need to do this one! Im going to get with my husband and be honest how the crappy way I feel makes me not want to do much of anything. He needs to know so it doesn't continue. I need help just like the rest of us.0

My goal is 145 ... i keep telling myself that I have come so far and did so much. Things have gotten so busy so i got off track. Im just having a hard time getting going again.0
