I was wondering if anyone seen results doing ripped in 30 .. I just started it.

  • I am on week 4 of Ripped in 30 (although today the dr put it on hold). I have definitely seen a difference. My arms and legs are more toned than they were when I started.
  • Yes, I've tried Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 days. It's pretty good. I never made it to the 3rd level though cause I got started with something else. I haven't exercised in 6 months now due to a back injury, but am going to start back with her program. Good Luck! :happy:
  • I am on day 4, I did the Shred first! I am notcing a difference in my thighs, but nothing too dramtic. I will keep you posted as I progress.

    :) Hi! I've never actually done Ripped in 30 as an actual program or anything but I do do the DVD quite a bit. Recently I've started doing 2 levels at once. Of course, I could barely make it through ONE level a few months ago :-). I mostly only do levels 1 and 2 because 3 and 4 are hard! ;) Anyway I've probably done it about 50 times ?

    I can't really say my progress from it alone since I'm always mixing it up but my progress has always been about 5 lbs lost per month and I'm definitely a lot stronger now. I do exercise bike, Jillian DVDs, and kickboxing/Tae Bo DVDs. Another Jillian one I love is No More Trouble Zones. I think I've done that one about a hundred times. lol

    I am doing Ri30 and although I just started I am alternating the weeks by day, so that I don't have the same workout each day. You just have to keep track a little more carefully so you don't get lost or confused. I'm definitely enjoying it and I took pictures at the beginning, so I can't wait to see the differences!

    I started it the week after Christmas and lost 5lbs and toned up real nice. Decided to do it again so now I'm on week 2 again and I'm losing inches this time moreso than lbs. I'm thinking I may go one more round after I finish this one. Good luck!!!!

    this sound inspiring, almost done level 1 of 30DS and the ripped in 30 is my next thing i am gonna do, mostly i need to tone so i am excited by hearing this :)
