Last year I started the c25k program. Its a good one. But I didn't stick with it to the end. I got half way through it and stopped the program and started to run on my own. Not the smartest thing. Sugar?
I didn't loss this week,. Well Im going to try to cut back on my sugar. Well this morning I had a protien shake for my after workout and a peanutbutter banana sandwhich and Im over on my sugar already. So I don't know how this cutting back on sugar is going to work... Help!!!!

fingures went numb when I was workingout..
I got up at 5am to workout. When I was in the middle of my workout. My fingures started to go numb. I was on the elliptical... It scared me. Does anyone have an idea why this happened???

What do you eat after a workout
When I get done with my workout, I go home and have a whey protein shake or 1/2 an Apple, handful of peanuts, crackers. I just not sure what I should eat... what do you do?
