Well I'm not new to this sit. But I have been gone for sometime,. It's been really hard for me to get back into the workout stuff again. I really want to and know I really need to. I can do it. But I just don't do it. I weigh myself every week, thinking that it will help me get to the gym. NO I T DONT.. But it is helping me watch what I eat. I am to the point that I getting mad at myself for not getting serous about my journey. Has anyone else been in my shoes before?
