I don't understand, I have been losing weight at a slow pace. But I'm always cold. My body or just my hands. Why am I so cold. I want to lose another 20lbs but I will be really cold then.

Consider iron supplements. Sometimes feeling cold is an iron issue. Talk to your doctor about it.0

Do you do strength training? I was always freezing until I started with weights.0

Little bit, just getting started with that0

Have your iron checked. Also, take a B-12 supplement, even if you are getting enough iron, your body might not be processing it.0

How's your iron? Being cold all of the time is often a sign of iron deficiency/anemia. It is very common for a lot of people when they're eating at a deficit...women tend to have this problem more than men in general, but eating at a deficit exacerbates the problem because you're generally getting less nutrients than you otherwise would at maintenance...especially if you're on a very large deficit. This is due to eating less in general, but a lot of people start cutting out stuff like red meat, dark poultry, etc which contain a lot of iron.
If this is the case, definitely something to talk to our doctor about. Might have to take an iron supplement or seek out more foods containing iron and/or cook with cast iron. Definitely talk to your doctor if you think you're deficient though...it can be a tricky thing...it's one of those things that you can definitely be deficient, but too much is toxic.0
