22 pounds!
Woohoo...as of today I am no longer in the "Obese" BMI range. Granted, I am 29.8 and obese is 30, but still....I started out at 33.7 and 22 lbs later...I'm just "Overweight". That is an amazing feeling!

12 lbs down....38 to go!
I'm offically 1/4 of the way to my goal! I want to lose 50 lbs and I'm now down 12 as of this morning (190 to 178 since Jan. 11)! I'm so excited! I started getting compliments this week and people are noticing that I'm slimming down. It fees great to have someone ask "Have you lost weight?" YAY! Now on to the next 12!

Low impact exercise?
I need some help! I have been working out for the past month...started out doing the 30 day shred...got shin splints VERY QUICKLY, and resorted to the elliptical (I have one at home). Do any of you guys work at places that consistently buy food? My office buys breakfast and lunch EVERY Friday from the first of February to mid-April. Small victory....
I put on a pair of pants this morning that are a size 12! I've only been on MFP for 4 weeks and I'm down a little over 10 pounds (as of this morning - weigh in is on Tuesday so I'm not updating my profile yet) and a pants size! My 14's can be taken off and put on without unbuttoning them! Yay for small victories!

Clothes don't fit?!?!
I have a question...probably more for the MFP ladies than guys....about clothes. I'm a CPA and work in a professional office, so I have to dress up each day (dress pants, nice shirt, heels, etc.).
