Fitbit
So today I got my fitbit one. I was pretty excited to get it. However, I have a question. It says I walked 284 steps and then it said i burned 1174 calories which I know is incorrect.. Does anyone know why this is?

Craving and Giving In
So today I was doing good until I got home from work and then it all went downhill. I had cake, brownies, cookies, starburst, and frosting. I feel so sick right now. Needless to say I'm done with sweets till at least August after today. Anyone else ever get these cravings they can't control?

Exercise With An Injury
So I just recently got a stress fracture from running. The doctor said I would not be able to do any running or exercise related to running since I am in a cast. I've been lifting weights and doing abs for the past couple of days but I'm getting bored. Does anyone have any exercises/advice on what to do?
