Hi. On my new Bodymedia I have it set up to do 10,000 steps a day. Now do I also have to do regular exercise or is that 10,000 steps supposed to be your cardio exercise for the day? I currently do alternating days of cardio/lift weights. I guess adding the 10,000 steps wouldnt hurt.
