Have 50 lbs to lose - is 2lbs a week too big deficit?

Hi everyone. I have about 50 more pounds to lose on my goal. I have been going at a 2 lb a week deficit. Is this an ok deficit or should I be looking at 1.5 or 1 pound a week deficit?
