Weather is getting better, days are getting longer etc., etc.. So anybody doing anything? I am working on getting the RV ready for the next trip, getting my exercise and eating plan in place for the 2 day BCNet conference. Just wondering????

I reached a minor milepost.
I have lost 12.6 Lbs. since I started. That's right about 10%. Small but I am happy. However I am sad to see no one else seems to want to talk about small wins, seems to be people want to keep it secret or nobody likes to share. Oh well, I will!

Proving it can be done
Two weeks before the challenge I had a weight recorded. My weight at that point was 211.2 Lbs. I was checked again on March 14th and I was 200.2 Lbs. Changes I have made?
