Motivation is waining.. !! anyone else struggling?
Well weigh in day was today and I normally do evening weigh in ( for Slimming world but not able to go to class today) so weighed this morning then just for giggles did my usual evening weigh in + 2lb difference just today - so looks like I am up 1 lb this week.... crikey sucking at this calorie counting big time. 2 weeks…

Oh dear tea is ruined..... hubby to the rescue !!
Well FECK FECK FECKETY FECK.... managed to srew up spag bol for tea - so my lovely hubby is bringing home fish n chips...... I will not let it get me down.... I will not stress out.... HELLLLP !!!! Need calorie guidance
Well having a takeaway Cantonese sweet & sour chicken tonight with boiled rice and unsure what calorific value to put in .. I will only eat about 1/3 of the rice and will try to leave a some sauce...... any ideas, it does not come in the large containers just the normal size.. I know I will end up over my calories today…
