Confused am I doing it right..are my cals set right

I know I posted something on here a few days ago but I think I have lost the plot... Can ANYONE help with my stats
5ft 6 inch tall
186.5lb

45yrs -
my job has sat at a desk most of the day BUT i work out 3-5 days a week ......... I put in my details that i was sedentry but I wanted to work out 5 days a week for 40 mins a day..... calories came out as 1380 per day ...(put in to lose 1lb per week) .. does this look about right.... if i do the scooby website my BMR is 1564 ans another says my TDEE -20% is 1721....... HELP what calorifc rate should I use per day if I want to lose weight... so far it looks like I have gained about 1-1.5lb this week SO FED UP!!!!!!

I calculated your TDEE to be 2400 with 'moderate activity, working out 3-5 days/week'. A 20% deficit from that brings you to 1920 calories per day.
MFP expects you to eat back your exercise calories. If you workout and burn 400-500 calories, you'd add that to the 1380 MFP gives you. That brings your total to around 1880. Pretty close to your TDEE-20%, yes?0
