Well I have changed my settings to lightly active as i do get up and about from my desk on a regular basis and change from 5 days to 4 days to excerise, (very achey leg muscles ).. hoping this change will shake things up for the better, I fell really fed up as this week I have gained and whilst I know in teh big scheme of things 1 week is only a blip, I thik I may have set things a little too low at sedentary, I am still going for 1 lb a week as when I put in 1.5lbs it put me at 1230 calories per day.. well lets try this and see how thigns go for a week OH and I have promised myself to DO BETTER on the fruit & veg but sometimes we have no option but to get processed food... ( feel free to support me if you like or add me as a friend to "keep an eye" on me!

With only 7 lbs to lose, you should be aiming for 1/2 lb per week. So even at 1 lb, it's probably too aggressive. 1230 calories isn't a lot. Most women I know, who are active eat 1700-2100 and those who are not active eat 1400-1600. Something to consider.0
