Anyone tried them??? I always try to carry high protein snacks....usually nuts. But sometimes I want to change it up. These seem to be Low in Sugar...High in Protein....No Soy. I am insulin resistance so I have to lower my carbs. Anything else I should be concerned about?

Can you overcome insulin resistance mainly with exercise??

I am starting ripped in 30 meal plan today....

A newbie who needs more protein! Help!
This is my first serious month on MFP. So far..I am doing OK....spent a lot of this month trying to get a strategy. I altered my ratios to 40/30/30 on a 1200 calorie diet.
