Stalled weight loss, how long is too long?
So I'm a daily weigher and for 7 consecutive days I have weighed exactly the same. I keep my calorie count around the same daily, burn around 800 calories a day and don't eat any of those calories back. Treadmill Running vs. Actual Running
I have started running on my treadmill, and have ran a few times. My question is how this running compares, in your experience, to outside running. Logging Exercise and Eating earned calories
I have been working out but not eating back my calories, so looking at my reports, it doesn't show that I've been working out at all. I just don't want to have to eat those earned calories.
