ADDED CALORIES IN YOUR DIARY?!?
I am having a hard time getting up to my calorie goal without going over on sugars. I like to eat a lot of veggies which is good but low in calorie- and a lot of fruit which is high in sugar. On a few different diaries I have seen "added calories - 200" I was curious if anyone can tell me what this is, thanks!
