Well I mean like, can't you take 1 day off from working out? I didn't work out today (andd I feel quite bad about it) So tomorrow I'm making up for what I missed. 2 hours more in the workout room.

cant reach my calorie intake goal...

Yaaay! Lol. I did 15 minutes of weight lifting then 65 minutes of the treadmill :) ( 5 minutes being the warm down) Not gonna lie I kind of half-@$$ed the weight lifting but I got through the 15 minutes. I wanted to have some yogurt and raisins for a snack but with the raisins it put my daily sugar intake in the red. So I took out the raisins. But with the yogert I'm still -19. :( I rat all my daily sugar intake at breakfast!! Does this mean I've failed? :(

How would i log weight lifting?
I'm not sure how to do that. I want to work with a few weights first before I do the treadmill. I'm aiming for 30 minutes of weights, but I'll start with maybe 15 minutes and 5-10 pound weights. I'm not sure how many calories that would burn though. How do I find out how many calories I've burned through weights?

Is that true? To lose 1lbs a week you could cut out 500 cals from you diet?I can do that. If that's what it takes.
