Worked out for an hour :D

Yaaay! Lol. I did 15 minutes of weight lifting then 65 minutes of the treadmill :) ( 5 minutes being the warm down)


Not gonna lie I kind of half-@$$ed the weight lifting but I got through the 15 minutes. And I could only push myself for a minute of the elliptical. But I worked hard on the treadmill!

It was just suppose to be 30 minutes, but then I thought that
"Every extra minute I add is another step to a better looking me."

And that turned into 31 minutes, then 35, then a hour :D

I'll start getting in the ha bit of doing it everyday. I feel pretty damn good about my 65 minutes on the treadmill. :D
