I bought some Deli fresh cured frost beef from wallgreens and the serving size is 2oz.
How many slices is that? I don't have a scale

doesn't the package say how many oz is in the package. Could you count the slices then divide the total package calories by # of slices to get the calories per slice

Unfortunately your answer is entirely dependent on the size of the slices, and slices vary greatly. Do consider investing in a kitchen scale if these issues keep arising. I can personally recommend this affordable model (see my review):

    I agree with other posters.

You need to buy yourself a kitchen scale. I have a small one that weights up to 16 Oz. I do not need more capacity.

    Good luck in your journey

Yep it will say on the package how much it weighs, you may not have a scale but you can work it out from the package?

You know, I would just get a scale. I had this conundrum with salami and just weighed it (and got more slices)!
