Okay so I'll be honest. I don't know what it is, or what's wrong with me, but its like everything " I think that I'm hungry" I eat...and eat a lot. Even if I just had a full course meal. All I have to do is say "I think I'm hungry" and I run; n the kitchen and begin to eat anything that isn't nailed down. Like now, I had breakfast at like 7 and its almost 10am. I do think I'm hungry (but I'll just have an orange) but its like my brain over powers my stomach! HEEELP!!! That's what makes me overeat

(Also is it okay to snack maybe 2 hours after you've had breakfast?)

Nothing wrong with snacking after breakfast. I basically eat all morning. "first" breakfast when I wake up (or when baby wakes me) at 6ish or so, "2nd" breakfast when I get to the office at 9ish, snack at 10:30, lunch at noon, snack at 2, dinner at 6, snack in the evening. I basically eat all day, just try to make better choices in my snacks. I find that cutting up my fruit so it feels like something I can dip into all morning (like a big bowl of berries or pineapple), helps me feel like I'm eating more.

Also when your brain is telling you you're hungry, go and drink a big glass of water. If in half an hour you still feel hungry, then eat.

Also, make sure the foods you are eating have a high nutrition value (high protein, vitamins, whole grains, etc.). I know after I eat "empty" calories, I just want to keep eating. The healthier the food I eat, the less I feel the need to snack later.

Yes of course! A 10 am snack will keep you from overloading your plate for lunchtime. :)

I have an apple and drink some water around that time (mid-morning snack). Or have a handful of almonds and string cheese.
