SIX POUNDS IN ONE WEEK?!?
How did I gain 6 pounds in one week? !? Please look at my diary and tell me what I'm doing wrong. I know my days aren't perfect but I haven't done 21,000 calories worth of wrongdoing :/ My sodium intake isn't high, this isn't an overnight fluctuation (the number has been steadily increasing), and I had no insane binges…

Baby Number Two
Some advice from the mothers of two or more children...I have nine pounds to lose before I'm at my goal weight (I'm 5'7 & 149 lbs.). Should I reach my goal weight before I get pregnant a second time or should I just get pregnant now and lose everything afterwards?

Anyone gain back the weight you lost?!?
I was able to reach my goal weight of 140 lbs. sometime in April (I'm 5'7). Then somehow I forgot about healthy food choices, let my hair down, and allowed myself to splurge. Six months later I'm 151 lbs! Every time I step on the scale, I'm reminded of how much I suck. Instead of this being the motivation I need to lose…

Meal Ideas that Make Tasty Leftovers
I do all of my cooking for the week on Sundays, because I like to just reheat the same dinner every night of the week. But I'm sick of baked chicken, sweet potatoes, and streamed veggies. Any ideas for a filling dinner that'll make leftovers that'll last me all week?

Diet Sabotage @ the Workplace
I don't buy junk food and I rarely eat out. I have serious issues with self-control so I try to avoid food variety and eat on a schedule to keep the scale in check. But my job is obsessed with food. Every week there's always fried chicken, pizza, ice cream, donuts, out just simply going out to eat! I've only been there 2…

Does it really matter?
I have about 10 pounds to lose (5'7 and I'm 146). I'm also doing a Chalean Extreme/T25 hybrid. I'm no where close to having abs. So does doing the ab workout really make a difference?

How do you get back on track?
I've been in the red for my calorie goal for over three weeks! I usually eat the same foods everyday, changing my meals weekly. And I always eat at the same time. For the past few weeks, I've started snacking after my after dinner snack and now it's become a habit. I can't set aside any extra calories to accommodate these…

What's your late night snack?
I eat healthy all day long. But after I eat dinner at 5:30, it all goes downhill from there! I plan on eating fruit or popcorn; however I always wind up snacking for the rest of the night. This bad habit is really starting to stall my weight loss. What do you eat after dinner to curb your appetite for late night snacking?

No More Calorie Counting!
I've been counting calories for over four years now and I'm sick if it. But I'm scared that if I stop counting I'll gain weight and slip into old habits. Has anyone experienced weight loss without counting calories and writing down everything you eat? Any tips on making the switch?

Did weight matter?
I have four more pounds to lose until I reach my goal weight of 138 pounds (I'm 5'7). Will eating more at this point really help me weigh less?

How do you stay motivated?
When you're already at a healthy weight, how do you motivate yourself to cut calories and exercise daily in order to lose five more pounds? If there's no motivation, is it time to give up dieting and just live healthy?

What am I doing wrong?!?
I don't know what's wrong with me? I'm 5'7 and 143 lbs. I'm doing a hybrid of Turbo Fire and CLX (burning about 2000 calories per week). I try to eat 1300-1500 calories a day. According to myfitnesspal, I net 700-800 calories each day. Any time I go over this range I gain weight. How is this possible?

TurboFire/CLX question???
I'm 5'7 and 142 lbs. My goal weight is 135-140 lbs. I'm 19.95% body fat, but I would like to get this number down to 18.36%. I did one round of P90X and lost zero pounds. I started TurboFire two months ago and the weight is really coming off. But I feel like the Tone, Sculpt, and Core workouts aren't doing much in the…

Ladies Only!!!
Every month, I gain 2 to 5 pounds around my TOM. Then I have to work my butt off to get back on track. My diet and exercise is usually the same (even though I feel like I'm starving that entire week). What do you do to lose or at least maintain your weight when Aunt Flo comes to town?

What do you do with your hair???
I am an African American women with shoulder length relaxed hair. As a SAHM, I usually did my workouts in the afternoon with my hair wrapped, let it air dry for a few hours, then take it down. Now that I've found a job I want to start exercising in the morning before work (6AM). The problem is, what do I do with my hair?…

Gaining Weight by Eating Exercise Calories
I'm 5'7 and 145 lbs. My goal weight is 140. I'm doing Turbo Fire and I burn 3000-3400 calories per week. The only time I see any weight loss is when I'm eating 1300-1500 calories. When I eat anything more than that I gain weight like crazy. Why is this? I thought eating more was supposed to cause the weight to come off…

Month Long Binge
After starting P90X I can't seem to stay within my calorie range. Sometimes I'll eat 2200 calories in a single day. Usually my indulgences are healthy (grapes, Greek yogurt, vitatops), but lately they're becoming more sinister (tortilla chips, peanuts...lots of peanuts). I'm really ready to get back on the wagon and lose…
