What am I doing wrong?!?

I don't know what's wrong with me? I'm 5'7 and 143 lbs. I'm doing a hybrid of Turbo Fire and CLX (burning about 2000 calories per week). I try to eat 1300-1500 calories a day. According to myfitnesspal, I net 700-800 calories each day. Any time I go over this range I gain weight. How is this possible?

    It is likely weight gain from food waste amd/or water retention.

    You are eating by far too little for your activity level.

    Agreed, up your cals you will do more damage than good at the rate your goin. Patience is key
