Jamie Eason LiveFit 12 week program - super sets??
I start Phase 2 next week & I don't think I'll be able to do the "Super Sets". I understand what they are but my gym layout will make it impossible to do some of them. So my questions are - what are the benefits of the "Super Sets"? Will it stall any progress if I just do the exercises individually?

I joined on 3/9 & started with the recommended 1,200 calories. Thanks to a reply from a friend on 3/11 I upped my calories to 1,800. Since then I've lost 2 lb. Okay so I've been on different threads and quite often I will see where someone just post "This". What in the world is "this" supposed to mean? Sometimes it looks like its "in agreement with something that's been said" and at other times it looks like its meant "sarcastically". Just wondering?

Settings? Sedentary or light active?
I have a desk job so other than getting up occasionally to do things in the office I sit most of the time but I do workout at the gym 5x week for 30-90 minutes depending if I have a class or what I decide to do.
