Got lazy,but back
Ok I'm back. Couple of years ago I got on with doing the right stuff with my eating and exercise and lost 20 lbs. Have put 11 back on. I'm back for the long haul. MFP and exercise will get me there. Let's do this.

Restarting
Not new to MFP but have been away for a while, found that it is much easier to use the site than to go it alone. Have put on 3 lbs in the last 3 months and not been very faithful in my exercise, have restarted all in wk2-d3 of C25k and back to eating right and logging. Wish me Luck.

I have noticed that when I do cardio that my HMR shows different cals burnt than what is shown when I input from the exercise log. Which one do I go with?

Question
I just completed my weekly weigh in and have dropped over 10lbs for the month. Do I need to recal my calories or do I stay with the current recommendations? JLloyd

How is everyone counting exercise and calories when doing the C25K program?

Exercise Program
I was reading about a program called C25K. Has anyone used or is using this program do you think about it? I have been trying to walk 5 times a week but would like to get back in better shape along with losing weight.
