I have noticed that when I do cardio that my HMR shows different cals burnt than what is shown when I input from the exercise log. Which one do I go with?

I assume you have the HMR taiolered to your body stats. I vote for HMR! :drinker:0

Use your HRM if it's a pesonnal one, the one from the log is generic and does not apply your effort. If it's the HRM from your machine I suggest you use this one:

Considering your HRM is sending an electrical charge through your life force, I'd trust it. Kind of like having a gun held to my head, LOL.0
