I just completed my weekly weigh in and have dropped over 10lbs for the month. Do I need to recal my calories or do I stay with the current recommendations?

MFP will "congratulate" you about every 10 pounds by lowering your numbers! :grumble:  I hated that, but, it's the way it's gotta be if you want to lose the weight.0 -
Mine has never re-calculate by itself, though I know others say theirs does. But yes, I do mine every 10 pounds. If yours doesn't do it automatically, just go in under your goals but don't change anything (unless you want to) and just simply going back in and going through the process should lower your daily calorie goal but 50 or so calories.0
