Are scales that measure body fat % worth it? I am trying to decide if it is worth the extra money for a scale that measures body fat % or if I should just stick to weight and tape measurements. Also, any scale suggestions?

I am constantly at least low level hungry. I miss feeling full. I am trying to get the right amount of fiber and protein and water to help with fullness, but I am still constantly hungry. Will this ever stop?

Are activity trackers worth it?
I have been thinking about getting a Jawbone Up or Fitbit Flex for months now. I was wondering if it is really worth the cost, or if MFP is enough to help me get into shape and lose weight. I have a desk job and I work out 4-6 times a week with cardio and weight lifting. Any advice would be lovely!

Can't eat enough
Does anyone else have problems eating back all the calories they burn off from working out? I always aim to make my net cals 1,400 (I'm allowed 1,600 per MFP). Are MFP exercise calories accurate?
I am always shocked ate the amount of calories burned when I enter in the time I spent doing an exercise. I would love to think that MFP is correct because it means I can eat more, but I'm worried that if I go off of their measurements I might actually gain weight.
