Goal weekly losses!!
I changed my goal from losing 1.5 lbs a week to losing 1 lb a week. I realized this was only a day ago, but it has made a HUGE difference in my mental state already. Net Calorie Dilema!!
My recommended net calories (in order to lose 1.5lbs a week) is 1230. However, if I net 1200 or less, I get a message from MFP that I am not consuming enough calories and my body is going to go into starvation mode.
