For the 3rd time in 3 weeks I was able to jog for 60 minutes without stopping.

NSV - Closet
I went through my closet last night and got rid of all the clothes that did not fit anymore. Mostly work clothes. Tight Size 40s do not fit my loose fitting 36 waist anymore.

NSV this weekend
I acutally found a pair of 36 jeans in the closet and tried them on. For goodness sake they actually fit. Now if I can actually get rid of the bludge around my waist I could probably get into those 34s again. Much better than the tight 40s I was wearing.

NSV for me
:happy: Yesterday I was able to easily get my original wedding ring on my finger. As a even bigger suprise I was able to get my high school ring on my other finger as well. I haven't worn my wedding ring for 6 years. Joyful day it was. :happy:

Holy Crap Moment
When I was in the gym last night I did a little experiment. I carried a 40lb weight around the gym twice. I could not believe how much it actually weighed and that I was carrying that around on my body before I said enough is enough. Try it sometime. Bring on the next 40 off.

37 Pounds Down Pic
I started out on Jan 17,2011 weighing at my heaviest of 282lbs. Now at 247lbs I am finally starting to notice a difference in my face.

Funny NSV This Morning
My oldest son came into my room this morning as I was getting dressed and said, "Daddy you need new underwear, those are all saggy and to big for you."

NSV for Me
I noticed last night while lying in bed that my stomach does not stick our farther than my ribs. I couldn't say that 4 months ago. I also noticed that my collarbones are back again.

NSV - No Coke
Today, marks 3 months since I had a real Coke or Pepsi. I have choosen to drink only water or diet soda. Now I am trying to drink only water this week.

Another NSV
I was getting dressed for work the other day and noticed that I have actually had to move to the fourth notch on my belt. Hopefully when this is all over I will need a new belt altogether.

How I can tell NSV
I have started to notice that my wedding ring is not so tight anymore. I can actually get it off now without using lotion. Not that I want to take it off, but I really want to wear my original wedding band again. It is wider than the one I have now and looks so much better.
