I went through my closet last night and got rid of all the clothes that did not fit anymore. Mostly work clothes. Tight Size 40s do not fit my loose fitting 36 waist anymore.

I thinkI need to do the same. Got 2 new work suits about 6 months ago and they no longer fit. I am trying to hold off another couple of weeks untill my weight has stabilised before I get a new one again.0
