I was getting dressed for work the other day and noticed that I have actually had to move to the fourth notch on my belt. Hopefully when this is all over I will need a new belt altogether.

    Non-Scale Victory. mocing the belt another notch, changing pant sizes, something the scale doesn't tell you.
