I noticed last night while lying in bed that my stomach does not stick our farther than my ribs. I couldn't say that 4 months ago. I also noticed that my collarbones are back again.

    I love it when you actually see progress outside of the scale. Last night I reached for my book bag and noticed my arm was so much more tone than it has been in years. So, I stopped and admired it for awhile. lol
