Frustrated and need some input!
So i started on MFP on Jan 4/10 , i have been faithful to log in every day (except 2) , i have been under my calorie goal always except maybe 4-5 days, i log EVERYTHING, 1st month i worked out 5 days a week 20 minutes a day jogging and hand weights, February i bumped it up to 30-40 minutes a day and running and hand…

what is a realistic goal setting??
I want to increase my weekly calories burned, it is at 790 but i always am above it at least 500, and my weekly exercise minutes is 120 and last week i did 200. I am just not feeling that i am losing enough for what i am doing???

How to log exercise
I am logging exercise by exact categories, for example 25 min running, 10 minutes strength training, 20 min cardio, etc but when i do hand weights i feel like it is more cardio than weights , how do others log their exercise???

Lower calf muscles ache!!
I sometimes get lower calf muscle cramps that can last a few days, i stretch lots and drink lots of water, and wear good shoes when i work out!! Any tips what to do or what might cause this, last year i struggled with shin splints but that seems to have passed!!

RECIPES without nutrition facts
I find i now lean away from recipes and things i do not know the calories and i am obsessed with not using recipes with no nutrition facts, in the beginning i just want to be so sure what i am eating any suggestions on how to lighten up a bit and figure this out!1

Exercise Calories
I know that we are suppose to eat our exercise calories as well as the goal for the day but what of you are not hungry and have eaten very well all day, i just don't feel like i need all those calories some days, any tips!!
