Macros on ketogenic diet
What do you set your macros at for ketosis?? Is 25% to high for the protein??

Feet going numb on elliptical
Anyone else have this problem? The elliptical has now become my cardio of choice since I can not run on the treadmill anymore (knee injuries) but my feet go numb! Super annoying. I don't pedal on toes and try to stay flat footed as much as possible. I usually do 45 mins to an hour 5x/ week. Could it be my shoes? Any advice?

Getting enough fiber on low carb diet
I am struggling with getting an adequate amount of daily fiber since I'm eating very low carb. Any suggestions on low carb/ high fiber foods?

Why does everybody detest low carb diets? They are the only thing that works for me
I feel like people freak out when you tell them you are on an extremely low calorie diet, Atkins, etc. I catch the wrath from friends and family, and even online communities, that low carb diets are so bad for you but honestly it's the only thing that works for me and I feel better so why not!

Cardio at beginning or end of your workout?
I was told you always want to end with cardio. Is this true and if so why? I'm new to the gym. Just joined 3 weeks ago and have been doing an hour of cardio and then strength training machines. Does it really matter what order??

Need tips on how to get in my 8 glasses of H2O a day
No matter how hard I try, I can never drink 8 glasses of water a day. I have cut out all other liquids ( w the exception of an occasional glass of milk) but I just don't feel thirsty enough to drink that much water. I'm getting around 4 glasses right now.
