Macros on ketogenic diet

What do you set your macros at for ketosis?? Is 25% to high for the protein??

Carbs are usually under 20-50g. That's often 5-15%.
Protein is usually moderate. I would say the most common around here is 20-25%. Some go as low as 15% - often for a medical reason. Others will go as high as 35% or so. There is no need to keep protein low unless you need high ketone levels for a medical reason. Even then, it is often well over 200g of protein before ketone levels are reduced a bit.4
