    What are you doing for workouts? How many calories are you eating? Low-carb sometimes can be more detrimental. Be careful!

    You can add me as a friend if you want. I do Atkins. Obviously covens04 knows nothing about low carb or he'd not make such a statement.

    Me too!! And I Just joined a ninety day atkins challenge on a forum here. It starts tommorrow. If it helps I succefully lost 25kgs doing Atkins last year after my daughter was born. And then struggled to maintain it using calories so found my personal Maintenence was a whopping 60-70 carbs a day. Which for anyone experience with carb counting knows that huge for fruit and veggies. I have now gained back 14kgs in the last 6 months. And for the people who believe that it's because my lifestyle wasn't sustainable it's not true. I suffered a bad loss earlier in the year and my gain was due to worried family members and friends constantly feeding me high carb bad foods and me just not in the mindset to pay attention. I one hundred percent believe in Atkins through all the phases and am living proof (along with a couple of long time friends who it has worked and continued to work for)

    I'm low carb/ketogenic. 19g of carbs a day, or less. Anyone can add me. :)
