We had an 4.2 mag earthquake here in Missouri last night! Lasted about 5-10 seconds. I remember it waking me up & realizing what it was, but then forgot about it until I got online today. I live in Jefferson County. Anyone else in Missouri or Illinois feel it?

Anyone know how many calories you burn during these workouts? I know everyone is different. I don't have a heart rate monitor & can't find an "average" online anywhere. What do you put down for the exercise in MFP?

Anybody know a good equation to figure out how many calories you've burned? That is, when you don't have a machine telling you (ie. treadmill, elliptical)?
