What's up peeps?! So sorry I missed last weeks post. I've been so busy & just didn't have time.

How is everyone doing? Anymore inches lost? Weight? Struggles?

I haven't lost anymore, but haven't gained either (big plus). This is my 100th day logging in to MFP & there is a noticeable difference. But I'm still pretty annoyed that the hips & saddlebags haven't gone down any.

My busy schedule has had me slacking on the exercise & diet. Just not being strict enough w/myself & only working out 3-4days a week. Carbs & fat have been my biggest issues! I just don't feel full if I don't have some "filler" w/my meals. Or what I do eat won't stick w/me very long.

So...due to the slacking & getting behind, I've made myself a new goal: Finish P90X by May 31st. I can finish it if I don't take the "rest" weeks off. I've had plenty of rest as it is. If I could just get up early in the morning & get my workouts done! ugh. I find though that even if I make it out of bed, I don't have the energy to fully "bring it" & I'm sooooo tired afterward. I'm falling asleep at my desk the entire day at work. Any early exercisers? That get up at 5am? If so, what time do you go to bed at night & what are some motivators to get you up!

Love to hear how everyone is doing!

And we're back! No worries, I think everyone's feeling a bit bogged down lately. I like your P90X goal to get re-movitated! May 31st baby!

As for me, I've decided to join a track club to get my butt motivated and moving. I recently saw a commercial featuring younger women running races and relays on a track and I realized how much I miss that racin' feelin' and that I've been holding myself back. I can't seem to get it out of my head so I did some research yesterday and found a track club in my area and two days a week I'll be running track and distance/tempo workouts...hopefully will start next Tuesday! For now, though, I'm going to try to get a few miles under my feet in preparation for the shock! Biked 9 miles and ran 2 yesterday and the quads are feelin' it. Bring it on, triathlon!

That's awesome that you found a local track club! I did a 1/2 marathon a couple years ago. I'd love to finish another one. Gotta build my endurance & stamina a bit more before I tackle another one. Softball season has started again for me. It's nice to be with a group like that. Doesn't make it seem like exercise & is alot of fun.

Agreed! I have to be good on the mini-vacation I'm taking this weekend. If you've ever had Skyline Chili from Cincinnati, you know what kind of battle I'm facing
