Low Blood Sugar

Hurting/Bloated
So for the last two days my stomach has been hurting and feels bloated. I know that my pants feel tighter again in the waist. I know that I haven't gained any weight. Any ideas on what can be causing this or do I need to make a doctors appt? I am 3 weeks post op.

Protein During Liquid Post Op Phase
I had my RNY on 7/16 and have yet to get in a days worth of protein. It just makes me so sick. I have tried Unjury, Isoprol, GNC, Super Advanced Whey and a myriad of others.
