I know a pedometer tracks how many steps you take and then how many calories you burn. What is the difference with a HRM? Things like painting, is a work out but I can't really track my calories burned with a pedometer. Just looking for some input please.

Whats your motivation?
One of the biggest reasons I don't end up exercising when I should is because I lack motivation. I was wondering what is every one elses way of motivating themselves? I try and remind myself that every little bit counts, but sometimes I push that thought aside as well.
