Hello, I used to be pretty active on this site but eventually dropped off. I'm back, been using the nutrition advice in a book called Your New Prime. I've been seeing some success so far and I'd like to add to my MFP network. It was always encouraging to cheer people on and talk fitness.

Organ meats
So one thing I remember about this book is that they recommend eating organ meats periodically. The problem is that unless it's made into a nice paté, liver tastes like @$$. Has anyone had any success getting to enjoy organ meats?

I think my scale is dying
I've noticed the last couple days that my scale is giving me weird answers. I can step on it 5 times and 5 different answers...and not close answers, they're 3-5 pounds apart. Is this a sign that the batteries are dying or should I chuck it and get a new one?
