Training as a single parent.

Hello,

I've been having a hard time slotting a schedule for gym time when I have the kids. I have the kids for a full week every second week and when I have them I seriously try with my best intentions but I seem to blink and it he day is gone.

I'm curious to hear from people who've found a way to train with a semi regular schedule as a single parent. I need ideas on how to plan out my day, all input greatly appreciated.
