Sodium Intake
So MFP is suggesting somewhere around 2000mg salt intake daily. I am going to the gym and sweating everyday for 40-60 minutes. Is it okay to increase my intake or is it still bad to do that?

What time do you weigh yourself?
Morning, noon, evening? Before or after eating? I never really set a specific time to weigh myself... I feel like it's cheating if I weigh myself in the morning before I've eaten anything. I'm always at least 1/ 1/2lbs lighter after I wake up. How about you?

How do you feel about the "cheat" day/meal?
So, I know that many people when on a diet give themselves a cheat meal or a cheat day once a week or so. What do you think about this practice? I bring this up because I went out last night and splurged some extra calories on a Valentine's meal with my partner. We've both lost 10+ pounds now, and wanted to celebrate the…

Ballet
So, I started taking ballet classes a couple of times a week for the first time in my life. Not sure how to log it. It's generally slow movements in 90 minute sessions. The last 30 minutes of the class we work without the bar & move around a lot more. I've been logging the exercise as "slow dancing" since it's not as…
