does anyone have a garmin. Still can't get mine to work, every times I hit start it takes me through the time and date. Someone please help, I really want to start using this, besides being an expensive watch. Thanks

this is so not working
I am working out and eating properly except on occasion when i am with my spouse we have some home made beer, but seriously I am gaining and gaining I am now up to 138 pounds. This weight is effecting my joints. Very discouraged about all of this

I am really struggling since yesterday. I am eating properly but all of a sudden I have that starving feeling. My body just won't get satisfied for some reason. I have been drinking lots of water to help but it is not. Any thoughts. Help!

is it true that if you don't do an exercise for 20 minutes you will get no benefit from it??? I am set up on the biggest loser for 20 minutes. I can do it but I can not move for 4 days after, let alone do any other exercises I would like to do

I am just trying to find out if I eat a bisquit, but its not the normal size...I had to make it with a cookie cutter, also they were pretty then.
