how do I know what my macros are suppose to be? I'm 5'2" CW 138 GW 120-125 I'm trying to eat 100grams protein a day w less carbs, sugar, sodium! I set my protein to 35%.. does that sound right? What about the others?

Is consuming sugar alchohol bad for you? I know they will cause you some stomach aches and give you a laxative effect, but are they healthy??!! I'm finding protein bars will have sugar alcohol in it!
