Hi all.. I've been working out at the gym for about a month now.. I eat lots more protein and have been really good
This morning I had 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg scrambled w/ spinach, banana
b4 going to the gym, I had a whey protein shake
I did 10 min cardio to warm up muscles b4 using weights..
but after that warmup, I started shaking, so I had to eat my strawberries that I had
Is the shaking becuz of low blood sugar??!!! I don't have diabeitis
I thought I had a good breakfast!!

You need carbs to be able to work out effectively. Glucose (blood sugar) is your body's primary fuel for intense cardio and anaerobic excercise. If you're on a low carb diet you probably have very little glycogen reserves in your liver and muscles so your blood sugar crashes quickly. A glass of OJ before your workout would help with that0
