Run Run Run!
So, I have a half in October (my 3rd) and despite 2 hefty injuries this winter/spring I am hoping to PR :) Anyone else running a big race in the fall, and do you have a goal in mind? EXCITING! ...I am running the CLE RocknRoll half and want to hit 1:55 :)

Scary Sodium
Hey guys, I need to eat some more cals, but my sodium is already on the high end. Other than (home/personal) baked chicken, etc. what other low sodium snacks do you suggest? (PS: I have already eaten nuts and nut butter today). Thanks! :)

Calories Before Dinner
Another question, mostly out of curiosity, but also to get a general guideline of what some healthy people out there are doing :) About how many calories do you consume before dinner?
